Assistance is available for residents and businesses who suffered damage from flooding in late December. The City of Redding and Shasta County are helping facilitate small business administration low-interest loans. A disaster loan outreach center will be set up at City Hall starting at Noon Friday. It’ll stay open each weekday from 8AM to 5PM for the next several weeks.
