There was a fatal airplane crash in the Paradise area Saturday morning. Just before 10 O’clock a pilot was alone in the Piper PA-22 when it went down near the Paradise Skypark Airport. The aircraft was registered to a Durham man but the identity has not been confirmed. Federal agencies are investigating.
