A motorcyclist suffered major injuries in a collision Tuesday afternoon at the Bechelli/South Bonnyview roundabout. At 4:30 the motorcycle collided with a Mercedez SUV. The Mercedez driver was uninjured but the motorcyclist was trapped underneath the SUV. A tow truck driver was nearby and was able to rush over with a jack and quickly lift the vehicle while police, firefighters and bystanders helped pull the rider to safety. He was transported to Mercy Medical Center.
