Crews Douse Seperate Vegetation Fires Date: April 09, 2026 A vegetation fire was contained to less than an acre Tuesday at Drinkwater Gulch west of Hayfork in Trinity County. There was about a half-acre fire Thursday near Mugginsville west of Fort Jones in Siskiyou County. -Steve Gibson
