Someone died after crashing into a canal south of Willows Monday morning. At 9:15AM a 2017 Toyota Tacoma was on Glenn County Canal Road E near County Road 60 when it left the pavement for unknown reasons and ended up in the canal. The CHP says the driver, a 69-year-old Marysville man, was declared dead at the scene.
