Woman Convicted Of Disrupting Supervisors Meeting Arrested At Tuesday’s Special Meeting

A woman convicted a few months ago for disrupting a Shasta County Supervisors Meeting was arrested again Tuesday for the same thing. Jenny O’Connell-Nowain was at the special meeting standing in front of the front row holding a sign demanding the resignation of Clint Curtis. Chair Chris Kelstrom told her repeatedly to sit down or leave before she told him she was waiting for her arrest. After more warnings, two deputies handcuffed her and escorted her out of the chambers.
