A fire broke out at around 12:30PM Sunday afternoon off Interstate 5 about halfway up Cottonwood Hill in Southern Shasta County. It was held to a half-acre. The Lymedyke Fire near Hyampom in Trinity County is contained at just over 4 acres. The Rover/Dutch Fire off Highway 96 in the Klamath National Forest is 80% contained at 40 acres.
