Anderson City Council Member and State Assembly Candidate Darin Hale is getting a lot of feedback about an AI generated video he’s posted on social media. The short video shows hale in what appears to be a classroom as he throws a terrified-looking small-framed woman, presumably a teacher, out of a multi-story window. He then tears down three flags from the wall. One looks like a Rainbow Flag with a Star of David in the middle, another has an Anarchy Symbol on it and the other is the United Nations Flag. He then shares high fives with the classmembers. The video ends with a “Hale for Assembly” campaign message. Hale says it represents his frustration with so-called “Woke” messaging in schools. Sharp criticism has come from many people, including Redding Mayor Mike Littau and Hale’s opponent in the race, Heather Hadwick.
