Losing your temper behind the wheel can cost more than just losing the respect of fellow drivers. 33-year-old Axel Gary Stinson was arrested in March by the Red Bluff Area CHP. He was involved in a road rage incident during which he drove recklessly by swerving toward another driver’s vehicle multiple times. He never made contact, but was still arrested and jailed on $130,000 bail. After pleading guilty to felony assault with a deadly weapon, Stinson was sentenced to 240 days in county jail and a 4 year state prison term that’s suspended on condition of 2 years formal probation.
