A week went by before the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office reported on the death of an inmate in their jail. On Saturday, it was revealed that on May 29th at 8:37PM, correctional deputies found 28-year-old Elizabeth Flickinger unresponsive. Life-saving measures were attempted and she was transported to Saint Elizabeth Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. An autopsy will be done by a different county’s coroners office to try and determine a cause of death. Apparently there are no signs of foul play.
