A second inmate in two weeks has been found dead in the Tehama County Jail. At 10:16AM Thursday morning correctional deputies were doing their rounds when they found 46-year-old Johnny Alton Logan alone in a recreation area unresponsive. Lifesaving measures were attempted, but Logan was pronounced dead. Apparently there were no immediate signs of foul play. An autopsy on Logan will be done in a neighboring county. This death follows the May 29th in-custody death of 28-year-old Eizabeth Flickinger. There’s been no word yet of her cause of death.
