A man is missing after going hiking west of Redding. Sunday evening, 35-year-old Gerrad Esnault had apparently been hiking in the area of Middletown Park Drive and the Swasey Parks Trails. He’s been unreachable since then. Esnault is a white man, 6-feet-tall and 155 pounds with brown hair. He was wearing a black ball cap, a hoodie and gray shorts.
