There was a fatal all terrain vehicle crash in Tehama County Wednesday night. It happened near the “R-Wild Horse Ranch” shooting range in the Platina area shortly before 11 0’clock. 70-year-old Raymond Milton Balconi had apparently been driving the vehicle alone when he crashed. The CHP says he was dead when they got there.
