A young girl suffered critical injuries from being attacked by multiple dogs in Corning on Saturday. Tehama County Deputies were called at 12:30PM to the area of Barham and Bosque Avenues. The 7-year-old victim’s family lives in the neighborhood, but the dogs are apparently not theirs. The girl suffered injuries to her scalp and legs. After being transported to a local hospital, she was transferred to an out-of-area trauma center. Her current condition is not available. Deputies talked to many witnesses and seized six dogs. They’re being at the Tehama County Animal Shelter as the investigation proceeds.
