Someone in West Redding found a large lizard that’s definitely out of its element. The reptilian visitor was found wandering through piles of wood near the crossroads of Whitney Court and Cumberland Drive. Observers suggest that it may be a Cumberland Monitor. The lizard is currently residing at Haven Humane Society until it can be claimed by its rightful human companion. A photo is on the KQMS Facebook Page.
