The race is getting more crowded on the November ballot for three open seats on the Redding City Council. Erin Resner is vacating her seat after being elected to the Board of Supervisors. Incumbents Jack Munns and Tenessa Audette are both running for re-election. Redding Planning Commissioner Russ Wenham, business owner Christina Prosperi and Elise Ramirez Sloan had already announced their intentions to run, as well as Paul Saulsbury, who had appeared on the June ballot for Congress. They’re now joined by three others: Rebecca Anne Miller, Joana Rebollar and former Councilman Mark Mezzano.
