A structure fire in Red Bluff apparently destroyed a popular wedding venue. At around 10 O’clock Monday night Cal Fire, Tehama County Fire and Red Bluff City Fire crews all responded to Sykes Road and Philbrook Avenue. They found a large fire engulfing a fully involved structure. It was totally destroyed, and there was extensive mop-up. The building was part of the “Rustic Rose Wedding Venue”, which is billed online as a “rustic ranch-style venue for outdoor weddings amid orchards, flower gardens and a waterfall”. It was rented at rates starting at more than $5,000.
