A 44-year-old Red Bluff woman is going to prison for boxes of bullets. Donna Jayne Otlowski was on felony probation for a variety of cases, including drug dealing, having a stolen car, being an accessory to a felony, failure to appear and more. Probation officers searched her home and vehicle and found 7 boxes of ammunition. She’s been given a prison sentence of almost 6 years.
