Here’s an oddity from Corning. Police have gotten multiple reports about a golf cart cruising around residential streets at night blaring loud music. The odd part is that the golf cart has some sort of torch device on an elevated pole that produces a large flame as it travels down the road. Corning Police would like to get to the bottom of it.
