“Shasta Workability” Will Help Young Workers Learn Job Skills

Local employers can get some eager young hardworking employees at no cost. They won’t be working for free, they’ll be paid by “Shasta Workability”, a program administered by the Office of Education. It involves students aged 16 to 22 who are seeking hands-on learning of new job skills. All wages and paperwork are taken care of by the county. Interested employers can email workability@shastacoe.org or call 983-2866.
