The Cal Fire Tehama-Glenn Unit is planning two large prescribed burns for early next week. On Monday crews will torch 993 acres on the Fumasi Ranch on Colyear Springs Road southwest of Red Bluff. On Tuesday several miles south of that operation, 2,200 acres will be torched at the Corning Land and Cattle Company off Pellows Road. The burns will only be done if conditions are just right.
