Jones Valley is on the verge of a water crisis. The raw water pump that draw from Lake Shasta has failed and the County Department of Public Works says the system will soon run out of water. Jones Valley Water Customers are urged to conserve water while it’s still available. Temporary pumps will be used to restore service until a permanent solution is engineered. It’s hoped that service will be fully restored by Friday.
