A Manton resident was arrested with a large quantity of drugs Wednesday, according to the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office. The Major Crimes Unit served a search warrant at the home of 50-year-old Glenn David Goodwin Jr. on South Powerhouse Road. They reported finding a pound of methamphetamine packaged for sale, along with other evidence. Goodwin was booked into Tehama County Jail.
