The City of Sutherlin, Oregon is seeking a steam whistle stolen from a historic locomotive, and it may be in Redding. The theft from the 1921 steam engine was done on September 15th. Sumerlin Police say their investigation led them to 18-year-old Brenden Miller of Redding. He was taken into custody but the whistle has not been recovered.
