Friday the 4th annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration will take place in Downtown Redding. There will be live music, food, kids activities, classic cars, folkloric dancers and a dancing horse parade. It’s take place from 4:30PM to 8PM Friday (10/9) on Market Street Downtown.
