Shasta Lake City’s 5th annual Halloween Carnival is this Sunday at Clair Engle Park. It runs from Noon to 7PM and will feature costume contests for various age groups, carnival games, bounce houses, a scavenger hunt, vendors, food trucks and live music. Admission is free. Organizers say all proceeds will go back into programs to benefit the community.
