A Red Bluff sex offender is going to prison for continued creepy behavior. 41-year-old Ronald David Miller Jr has a prior conviction for indecent exposure. In August he was off Diamond Avenue lying down under a trampoline with his genitals exposed. A boy saw him and told his mother, and she called the police. Miller has been given a 16 month prison sentence.
