Corning Man Sentenced To County Jail Term For Threatening His Elderly Mother

A 65-year-old Corning man has been sentenced for threatening his 84-year-old mother. Jack Glenn the 3rd had been aggressive with the victim as they argued about him not taking his medication. He started punching doors and shouting at her. When she said she would call the police he threatened to kill her and then fled. He’s been sentenced to 300 days in Tehama County Jail and an 8 year prison sentence is suspended on condition of 4 years probation.
