A 37-year-old Red Bluff man has been given a lengthy sentence after sexually abusing a young girl throughout her childhood. Kasey Alvin Garcia was arrested in August of last year after the victim told Tehama County Sheriff’s Detectives that he had been molesting her for over seven years. When confronted, Garcia admitted to committing the lewd acts against the girl. Convicted of multiple counts of various sex crimes against a child under 14, Garcia has been sentenced to 30 years in state prison.
