Crews Work To Restore Power To Thousands After Strong Winter Storm

About 1,100 PG&E customers lost electricity shortly before One O’clock Monday afternoon from the south edge of Red Bluff to the Proberta area and west of Red Bluff along Highway 36. There was also an outage involving several dozen households off Quartz Hill Road near Keswick Dam Road. PG&E blamed all the outages on the very strong gusty winds. Tuesday morning there are 112 homes with no power in the Swede Creek Road area of Palo Cedro.
