Another big drug bust has been made on Interstate 5. Thursday afternoon Sheriff’s Deputies tried to pull over a northbound car going through Cottonwood. They say the driver failed to yield to the lights and siren, but continued at slow speed for about 2 miles before pulling into the Anderson Factory Outlets. After Ace the K9 sniffed around, deputies searched and reported finding more than 2 Pounds of Methamphetamine and $9000. The driver, 31-year-old Edgar Ivan Mares of Sacramento, was booked into jail on $100,000 bail.
