The lights went off at 12:30AM Tuesday morning for 417 PG&E customers from Millville to Dersch Road and stretching into the Whitmore area. Utility crews say it was caused by a car hitting a pole. Restoration is anticipated by 10AM. 176 customers lost power at 2:42AM in the Anderson area between Ox Yoke Road and the Sacramento River due to a fallen tree, which also blocked the roadway for a couple of hours.
