The hugely popular Asphalt Cowboys Pancake Breakfast will take place Friday morning, and it’s still the largest one-day breakfast event in the country. It’s on Market Street north of Yuba Street in what’ll be known as “Roaring Gulch”. The parade is on Saturday in Downtown Redding. Grand entry rodeo events kick off Thursday and continue through Saturday. A rodeo clinic for women called “Chicks and Chaps” is Friday from 10AM to 2PM.
