Red Bluff Police and State Alcohol Beverage Control Agents did both kinds of minor decoy alcohol stings on Friday. Store clerks were targeted in the first sting. 16 businesses were visited and only the CVS Pharmacy on South Main Street made the sale. In the “Shoulder Tap” part of the operation conducted in parking lots, eleven people were approached and two of them agreed to buy alcohol.
