An elderly man is missing after hiking into the Russian Wilderness. 77-year-old James “Roger” Carol planned to hike around the Duck Lakes and to High Lake. He was seen on July 13th and planned to return July 18th. Search and rescue operations are underway. Carol’s photo is on the KQMS Facebook Page.
