This weekend is the 55th year for the Shasta College Horticulture Department’s Spring Plant Sale. There will be many certified organic vegetable starts, as well as flowering plants, perennials, herbs, trees, shrubs, Strawberry plants, native plants, succulents and house plants. All of the plants are selected to thrive in the Redding area climate. Master gardeners, horticulture students and faculty, and California Native Plant Society Members will be there to answer any questions. The sale will be on Friday and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM at the Shasta College Farm.
