A man arrested by Anderson Police is accused of burglarizing a house while the resident was in the hospital. The burglary of numerous guns and a credit card was reported on January 23 on Riverside Drive. When the credit card was used at different places in Anderson, including Walmart, investigators reviewed surveillance. They reportedly recognized 42-year-old Jason Salva from prior contacts. He’s on probation for burglary, so a search was done at his Mill Street home and many unregistered rifles and handguns were reportedly found. Salva was booked into jail and with his housemate, Andrew Zapata.
