Arraignment Delayed Until Thursday For Man Accused Of Murder

Arraignment has been delayed for a Redding murder suspect. 39-year-old Justin Clancy Knight is a Paralegal and former Probation Officer who owns Precision Legal Documents and Criminal Record Clearing. Early Friday morning Redding Police responded to a home on Washington Avenue in the Garden Tract for a woman who had been shot dead. Her name has still not been released. Knight was unresponsive due to an apparent overdose. He was medically cleared Monday and booked into jail for first degree murder with a firearms enhancement. Knight made his first court appearance Tuesday but arraignment was postponed until Thursday so he could secure the services of Attorney Michael Borges. Bail is set at a Million Dollars.
