A 39-year-old Shasta County arsonist has been given a long prison sentence. Last September 8th Allen Reynolds started two fires outside the Dollar General Store on Athens avenue in Redding. Last week he pleaded no contest to two counts of arson committed during a declared state of emergency. He’s been sentenced to 19 years 4 months in state prison.
