An elderly resident of a Redding assisted living facility is accused of sexually assaulting some of his fellow residents. 89-year-old Milton John Miller was arraigned last week on four felony counts of sexual battery on institutionalized victims. Miller has prior felony convictions and is a registered sex offender. His crimes allegedly were committed while he was in Sierra Oaks Assisted Living. He’s now in Shasta County Jail on $100,000 bail.
