Big plans are being made for a mostly undeveloped area off Oasis Road and Twin View Boulevard. Tuesday the Redding Planning Commission will hear a permit request for a commercial development that’ll include hotels, restaurants, drive-throughs, retail stores and a gas station. The 36.5 acre property would be split into nine parcels, and Twin View Boulevard would be re-routed. Tuesday’s meeting starts at 4 o’clock at City Hall.
