A pipe bomb was found in Cottonwood Monday morning. The device was found on Bowman Road, which was closed from Hooker Creek Road to Benson Road by Tehama County Sheriff’s Deputies while the Shasta County Bomb Squad responded and detonated the bomb. There are apparently no leads on where the bomb originated.
