Money-or the lack of it- will be the hot topic at Tuesday nights Redding City Council meeting. The council will discuss budget revenue projections, the establishment of a financial oversight committee, and a possibly-unrealistic 5 year capital improvement plan. Amid budget woes, there’s been concern about some essential city services. Despite recent comments, Mayor Mike Littau assures the public that the Redding Library is not in danger of closing.
