A vehicle fire spread to vegetation in the Palo Cedro area Tuesday morning. Cal-Fire/Shasta County Fire responded a little before 10AM to Daystar Road to find a car on fire, with flames spreading to a small spot of grass and brush. It was apparently cause by someone welding on the car during hazardous conditions. The responsible person was cited.
