Cal Fire Investigators with the Siskiyou Unit have made an arson arrest. The Pine Fire started off Mustang Court in the Hornbrook area on Friday. It was stopped at around 4 acres. The next day Cal Fire Officers arrested a 52-year-old man on a felony arson charge.
A fire Tuesday afternoon burned about 1-and-a-half acres of grass and Oak woodland in Tehama County north of Jelly’s Ferry Road and east of Interstate 5.
About an acre of grass burned Tuesday night off Davis Road in the Corning area.
