A stolen vehicle investigation in Tehama County led to the discovery of multiple stolen guns and a lot of cash, according to the CHP. Thursday morning officers arrived with a search warrant at a home on Ramsay Avenue in Gerber. They say they found what they were looking for, a Toyota Highlander reported stolen from Florida. However, they continued to search and apparently found a number of guns, including a Shotgun stolen from Sacramento and a handgun from Oregon. Almost $43,000 was found in vacuum sealed bags inside an ammunition container. After a K9 sniffed the cash and indicated drugs, it was seized. The name of the suspect has not been released.
