After the discovery of a large pile of trash in Shasta Trinity National Forest, a Forest Service Law Enforcement Officer sorted through the refuse, identified the perpetrator and tracked them down to issue a citation. The illegal dump was found off Underwood Mountain Road in the Big Bar Ranger District. It took several days for a crew to clean up the mess.
