What’s referred to by authorities as a “problem house” has been dealt with in Cottonwood. Located on Eleanor Lane, the house has been visited numerous times in the past several weeks by both Tehama County and Shasta County Sheriff’s Deputies. They say they’ve seized stolen property, vehicles, guns and body armor. They’ve also arrested repeat offenders, wanted subjects, parolees and sex offenders. Last week Code Enforcement came along with deputies and condemned the property. The tenants were arrested and PG&E shut off the power.
