Corning Man Who Led The CHP On High Speed Chase Sentenced To County Jail Term

A Corning man has been given a break after pleading guilty to leading officers on a high speed chase. Anthony Cabrera-Soto was pulled over by the CHP but then fled. He reached speeds of 100 miles an hour and ran two stop signs, nearly colliding with another vehicle. He’s been given a 6 month Tehama County Jail sentence and a 2 year state prison sentence that’s suspended on condition of 2 years probation.
