A fire started Wednesday night in the southwest corner of Shasta County. The Bolla Fire was burning off Yolla Volla Road about 8 miles southwest of ono. It was contained at 8 acres very early Thursdasy morning when a dozer line was completed around it.
About an acre of vegetation burned off Vista Pine Lane north of Oasis Road in the area between I-5 and Lake Boulevard late Thursday afternoon.
